YOGA CLASS GUIDE

Please read the following tips to create the best environment for yourself and others in class:

  • We ask that you arrive 5 min before class begins.

  • Kindly remove your shoes when you walk in the yoga room or mat.

  • Please turn off all electronics and leave them in the dressing room or bag.

  • When you arrive, please settle down quietly. Do not, slam your mat or belongings.  

  • Eating before class? Allow 2 hours to digest this will make it easier and more comfortable to practice yoga. Should you need a light snack beforehand, have a handful of nuts or a little fruit.

  • Remember yoga starts with you. Let’s strengthen, stretch and decompress our bodies and minds.
