My journey began in 2013 to pursue mental and physical balance. I received my credentials as a 200 hr RYT from Yoga to the People in 2016. My classes are form and flow oriented leading students to build a better awareness of their body and encouraging a safe, playful and transformative practice. I am a firm believer in form following function, and if you function properly things will form themselves.

Becoming a Zumba instructor has been the realization of a dream for me--Zumba has brought so many positives to my life, and I cannot wait to share that with all of you! The number-one best thing you will find about my class is that it is a JUDGMENT-FREE ZONE! :) I am living proof that anyone can do Zumba, and do it well--I am a regular girl with a regular body, who just loves dance, fitness, and wellness! Aura Yoga Instructor
In February 2017, I completed my 200hr certification from Bodhi Yoga Academy in Jackson, NJ while I was 6 months pregnant. In my classes, you can expect to be challenged and build strength. I believe that if it does not challenge you, it does not change you and fear isn't a good enough excuse. What I love about yoga is that we will never perfect it. It's truly a practice where we become stronger and grow both on and off our mats. How much progress we see is determined by our dedication.

Bella Bailafro Instructor
Bella Dapilma is a Togo-born dancer and poet hailing from Brooklyn, NY. Her earliest dance experiences were in Indian Classical Dance with renown instructor Parijat Desai, Traditional West African dances, and Latin Dances e.g. salsa, bachata and merengue. Dapilma is currently a Teaching Artist with the DreamYard Project, where she shares her love for “afrofusion” with students in the Bronx. She continues to teach on college campuses and community centers in New York and New Jersey.
Tyler Kids Yoga Instructor
I remember as a child each morning, before getting ready for school, my great cousin would wake me up to stretch alongside my bed. Reach up, reach down, pull forward, pull back, twist from side to side. That simple impression led me to my love and practice of yoga.We need compassion in our individual minds, bodies and daily interactions with others. With a variety of helpful poses and mental awareness techniques that are useful on and off the mat, I believe this is possible. I am very excited to share this experience of yoga with you and hope you are able to find some familiarity on this journey with me as well.
Patricia Yoga Instructor
Patricia is a teacher, healer and energy worker. Her practice aims to cultivates mental, physical and emotional wellness through yoga, meditation, reiki and aromatherapy. Patricia sought out Yoga when she first moved to New York in 2013, to help deal with stress, anxiety and depression. In 2018 she completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training at Laughing Lotus NY in order to share her passion and inspire others on their quest for mental and physical wellness.
Wallie Hip hop/Contemporary Dance Instructor
I started dancing at the age of five. I trained at a studio called The Studio. There I learned the basics of ballet, jazz, modern, contemporary, African, tap, and hip hop. I’ve also trained at Rahway Dance Theater there I taught hip hop. I’ve also worked on two music videos with up coming music artist in New Jersey. I stared in a Documentary series that premiered on Spike tv as well as BET ;called the Kalief Browder story.
Brianna Yoga Instructor
I stepped into my yoga journey during college and haven’t turned back since. I discovered yoga as an accessible means to find space in my body, mind and life. I believe everyone has the true power within to be their greatest healer but often need to unveil the layers to uncover it. My classes will take people on a powerful journey to find the space to discover their inner strength and power. I completed my 200 hour RYT with Hot Yoga Revolution in 2018.
Chiarina (Chia) Yoga Instructor
Chiarina completed her 200hr at Hot Yoga Revolution. Since 2013, she practiced yoga solely to use it as a ''flexibility exercise'' to incorporate into her tango dancing and teaching. As a passionate seeker of health and wellness she studied medicine until 2017. She found yoga again and incorporated it into her daily routine but this time was different. She quickly fell in love with the daily practice, inspired by amazing teachers and the community surrounding her and decided to stop her medical studies, enroll in teacher power vinyasa training to pursue her self love and support others to do the same. She was powerful enough to create this and every other possibility for herself.
