My journey began at Newark’s YMCA. Once I realized the benefits of yoga i thought everyone must do this. I then found a yoga studio and got certified as a 200 hr instructor. My goal is to share my love of yoga with everyone and allow people to grow with yoga. See you in class.

Becoming a Zumba instructor has been the realization of a dream for me--Zumba has brought so many positives to my life, and I cannot wait to share that with all of you! The number-one best thing you will find about my class is that it is a JUDGMENT-FREE ZONE! :) I am living proof that anyone can do Zumba, and do it well--I am a regular girl with a regular body, who just loves dance, fitness, and wellness! Please come join me, and we will dance, get fit, laugh, and have fun together!
Aura Yoga Instructor
In February 2017, I completed my 200hr certification from Bodhi Yoga Academy in Jackson, NJ while I was 6 months pregnant. In my classes, you can expect to be challenged and build strength. I believe that if it does not challenge you, it does not change you and fear isn't a good enough excuse. What I love about yoga is that we will never perfect it. It's truly a practice where we become stronger and grow both on and off our mats. How much progress we see is determined by our dedication.

I stepped into my yoga journey during college and haven’t turned back since. I discovered yoga as an accessible means to find space in my body, mind and life. I believe everyone has the true power within to be their greatest healer but often need to unveil the layers to uncover it. My classes will take people on a powerful journey to find the space to discover their inner strength and power. I completed my 200 hour RYT with Hot Yoga Revolution in 2018.

Toussaint is a woman, a wife, a mother, a yoga teacher, an interior decorator and someone just trying to figure out this thing called life with a little style, a little humor and a whole lot of compassion for herself and those around her.
Toussaint became a 200-Hour certified yoga teacher in 2017 and has continued to build and shape a life that supports her holistic perspective and strives to help people with reconnecting with their authentic selves through healthy yoga practices.

I am an Intuitive Reiki Master/Teacher, Vibrational Sound Therapist, Crystal Worker and Artist (Usui Reiki Master/Teacher) who is currently finishing up my 200 hour Yoga Certification. I began my Energy Practice in 2002 at the Edgar Cayce Association for Research and Enlightenment Center (ARE) in New York. I've studied with some of the most loving instructors on my journey. I am a perpetual student who loves learning new alternative modalities to add to my lexicon of energy healing.

Cheryl is a certified Yoga, Tai Chi, and Meditation instructor. She has over 250 hours of training, and 12 years of teaching experience. She dedicates herself to helping others heal from injuries and to regain strength, flexibility, and confidence in their physical abilities. Her passion and dedication to her craft is evident in her ability to build and nurture a community of people through patience, empathy, compassion, and her undeniable sense of humor.

I was introduced to Yoga without even having the intention to. A few months after taking my first class, I completed the 200hr Training through Yoga Impact (Nonprofit Org) and ISY. With a home practice in place, I use Yoga in everyday life. From respecting my body & others, to being an example to my daughter & neighbors. Yoga has shown me my insecurities and has helped me gain confidence and the balance I need for the world. It has introduced me to myself. Yoga is "You vs. You".
Fela Yoga Instructor
Fela’s relationship with yoga began in his mid-20’s, Free yoga classes were offered at work to relieve stress. However it wasn’t until he experienced a series of major challenges in 2014 that he turned to yoga and Sanatan Dharma and began practicing steadily. In August 2017 he became a RYT-200 yoga teacher through the Yoga Impact. Fela teaches Hatha yoga restorative yoga and often adds elements of qigong in his practices and teachings.

My journey began in 2013 to pursue mental and physical balance. I received my credentials as a 200 hr RYT from Yoga to the People in 2016. My classes are form and flow oriented leading students to build a better awareness of their body and encouraging a safe, playful and transformative practice. I am a firm believer in form following function, and if you function properly things will form themselves.

I first fell in love with yoga in 2005 after a friend dared me to try Bikram yoga. Little did she know, that simple gesture turned into a life -transforming journey to peace, self discovery and self-love. I was drawn to yoga and immediately felt the powerful connection between the breath and movement. I believe in making every yoga practice a challenging, reflective and powerful internal experience; yet accessible for shapes, sizes and experience levels. After over a decade of practicing, I followed my passion and furthered my education and completed my 200 RYT at Powerflow Yoga in 2017.

I began my journey in body work and healing arts in 2007 as a massage therapist. In 2017, I completed my 200hr yoga certification, which is helping to fulfill my passion to guide the most marginalized within my community, especially youth, to begin their healing journeys. Teaching yoga for empowerment, where themes focus on self worth, self love and releasing what no longer serves us is my focus. Traumas often disconnect us from ourselves. I hope to assist those who join my class in strengthening communication between mind, body and spirit.
