My journey began at Newark’s YMCA. Once I realized the benefits of yoga i thought everyone must do this. I then found a yoga studio and got certified as a 200 hr instructor. My goal is to share my love of yoga with everyone and allow people to grow with yoga. See you in class.

Becoming a Zumba instructor has been the realization of a dream for me--Zumba has brought so many positives to my life, and I cannot wait to share that with all of you! The number-one best thing you will find about my class is that it is a JUDGMENT-FREE ZONE! :) I am living proof that anyone can do Zumba, and do it well--I am a regular girl with a regular body, who just loves dance, fitness, and wellness! Please come join me, and we will dance, get fit, laugh, and have fun together!

In February 2017, I completed my 200hr certification from Bodhi Yoga Academy in Jackson, NJ while I was 6 months pregnant. In my classes, you can expect to be challenged and build strength. I believe that if it does not challenge you, it does not change you and fear isn't a good enough excuse. What I love about yoga is that we will never perfect it. It's truly a practice where we become stronger and grow both on and off our mats. How much progress we see is determined by our dedication.

I stepped into my yoga journey during college and haven’t turned back since. I discovered yoga as an accessible means to find space in my body, mind and life. I believe everyone has the true power within to be their greatest healer but often need to unveil the layers to uncover it. My classes will take people on a powerful journey to find the space to discover their inner strength and power. I completed my 200 hour RYT with Hot Yoga Revolution in 2018.

I first fell in love with yoga in 2005 after a friend dared me to try Bikram yoga. Little did she know, that simple gesture turned into a life -transforming journey to peace, self discovery and self-love. I was drawn to yoga and immediately felt the powerful connection between the breath and movement. I believe in making every yoga practice a challenging, reflective and powerful internal experience; yet accessible for shapes, sizes and experience levels. After over a decade of practicing, I followed my passion and furthered my education and completed my 200 RYT at Powerflow Yoga in 2017.

Toussaint is a woman, a wife, a mother, a yoga teacher, an interior decorator and someone just trying to figure out this thing called life with a little style, a little humor and a whole lot of compassion for herself and those around her.
Toussaint became a 200-Hour certified yoga teacher in January 2017 and has continued to build and shape a life that supports her holistic perspective and strives to help people with reconnecting with their authentic selves through healthy yoga practices.

As a way of being a bridge to enjoy with others who love and want to have this practice in their lives. I believe that giving back to oneself in terms of self-care. Besides having yoga in my life, I'm a runner, vegan/plant-based and practice Reiki.

Cheryl is a certified Yoga, Tai Chi, and Meditation instructor. She has over 250 hours of training, and 12 years of teaching experience. She dedicates herself to helping others heal from injuries and to regain strength, flexibility, and confidence in their physical abilities. Her passion and dedication to her craft is evident in her ability to build and nurture a community of people through patience, empathy, compassion, and her undeniable sense of humor.

My classes are form and flow oriented leading students to build a better awareness of their body and encouraging a safe, playful and transformative practice.
