My journey began in 2013 to pursue mental and physical balance. I received my credentials as a 200 hr RYT from Yoga to the People in 2016. My classes are form and flow oriented leading students to build a better awareness of their body and encouraging a safe, playful and transformative practice. I am a firm believer in form following function, and if you function properly things will form themselves.
I first discovered yoga in 2010 and after a year of searching for the right practice, fell into a life-changing Bikram routine. In 2016, I earned my 200 hr teacher certification at Yoga to the People. I hope to keep yoga accessible to anyone who wants to explore the magic yoga can bring into their lives. Expect tons of energy in my class, up beat music and a great workout.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 4 years. Yoga came into my life when I was searching for a solution to the stress that life brings. I am 200 hr certified in Ashtanga & Vinyasa through Life Power Yoga. I’m very humble and excited to lead you all through your practice and can’t wait to meet you all.
I began my practice after developing arthritis in my back to relieve pain. I became certified in 2012 by the Integral Yoga Institute of New York. I have been practicing yoga for over seventeen years I am 54 Years Old and enjoy my practice.
