Join I'm So Yoga to create a beautiful miniature Zen garden terrarium. We will provide a selection of glass containers and everything you need to make a lovely garden. Tea will be served as you relax and build your garden.
This 90 min workshop will focus on kick starting your yoga practice. You will learn the foundations of alignment for poses, “ the flow” an understanding of sun salutations and how to link them together with your breath, exactly what “yoga breathing” is and how this can help you to reduce stress and calm your nervous system. A great refresher for those that have practiced yoga before or a solid place to start to understand what this yoga craze that so many swear by is all about.
We provide the mat and props so all you need to do is sign up and commit to improving the connection to your breath and body in the new year!
During this half day long immersion you will gain a more complete understanding of meditation practice, experience a day of rest and quiet while learning skills for mindfulness and stress release including seated meditation, laying meditation and restorative breathing.
