In this Vinyasa Flow class you will synchronize breath with movement. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a Vinyasa class, students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun atmosphere. If the scheduled indicated that the class is mixed level it means we will go at the pace of the student who arrive and give options for beginner to advanced students.
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique - such as mindfulness, or focusing their mind on a particular object, thought or activity - to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear calm state.
Children would love to develop their own practice, sign up come in and drop off your child for 45 minutes of Yoga. Where they will get an opportunity to be introduced to yoga etiquette and a variety of yoga poses in a fun yet structured environment. AS they develop their practice they will build strength and balance while improving their mind and body connection. Please bring or purchase water for your child. Ages 5-12 are welcomed.
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout that are fun and easy to do. The routines feature aerobic/fitness while training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba is a great way to get fit it come and dance your way into fitness!
Bailafro is a movement. It is journeying through Africa through dance and uncovering the stories behind how traditional African dances have molded popular dance styles today. Bailafro is fun, high-energy and soulful dancing! Dancers of all levels are welcomed.
An introduction to salsa, merengue, reggaetón, and cumbia (which are the 4 dance styles that make up Zumba, the world’s favorite dance fitness program!), plus Argentine tango, Spanish flamenco, and a few other surprises! Dances will be taught as solos (no partner needed). Express yourself in a judgment-free zone! This is an absolute beginner class and no dance experience is required.

Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Chair yoga classes typically target those with physical disabilities or aging men and women who find a typical yoga session too challenging. It is also a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice.
Restorative yoga classes are a wonderful tool for rejuvenation and complement more active practices. In restorative yoga, props are used to support the body so that you can hold poses for longer, allowing your body to relax, release and let go. The postures are usually modified from reclined or seated yoga poses with the addition of blocks, bolsters, and blankets. With the use of props you can safely access and benefit from sustained stretches in a supported manner to minimize strain and maximize opening. Once you are set up in the pose with the assistance of props, you will hold the pose for an extended period of time, often eight to fifteen minutes. Restorative yoga is a relaxing style of practice that leaves you feeling open and refreshed.
Zen Art Class
Explore your creative side in our new Zen Art Class. Each class, we will study examples of how artists use art for spiritual and personal growth. Then we will create our own works. We will experiment with fun materials and different techniques, and explore composition, shapes, and color. All participants will be able to create their own beautiful artwork with a focus on: expression, self care and relaxation, fun and play.
Artists of all skill levels and beginners welcome! This class is designed for adults, but children are welcome on Sunday Funday, which is the third Sunday of every month.
This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. In Gentle Flow, you’ll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably. This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level.Also the perfect class for students with injuries or limitations.
A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. In a power yoga class, students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. You can expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work.
Mindful Art Healing
Everyone is welcomed to this class. Take some time out and get it out with art. We will be using different mediums like watercolor, color pencils, crayons, paper, canvas and more. Every week will be different and will include meditation and art mindfulness.
